Trust is the whole sale. This page carries it.

Hiring a cleaner means letting somebody into the house on a Tuesday when nobody is home. So the shopping is about trust before price: who works there, what a first clean actually covers, whether anyone answers when plans change. All three get answered on the page.

The week, with a system under it

The same week, held level.

Every line here is a lead from your own website. The site catches it and tells you. The optional AI Office Manager is what answers it, keeps it, and puts it on the record.

  • 9:50 pm quote request · no answer 9:50 pm quote request · answered
  • a move-out request never written down the move-out clean in the vault
  • which offices asked in January? every office request · on the record
  • a whole month of turnovers, unclear every turnover in the weekly report
Your pages

A page for every job you get asked for.

These are the services a cleaning company gets asked for. On the multi-page sizes each one gets its own page. On the one page size they are the sections that page is built from.

  • Recurring house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Apartment and rental turnovers
  • Window and glass cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
And you write none of it

We write every word of these pages. No content questionnaire, no homework, nothing left for you to finish on the week you are booked solid. Lead capture and owner alerts are built into the site itself, on every size, with nothing to switch on.

Everything that is built into a site whichever size you pick: see the websites page →

Three sizes

Pick the size that fits the business.

The parts are the same in all three. The size decides how much of your business the site covers.

Size 01One page
$75/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $1,497 in one payment

Everything on one page, built to carry the whole business.

Size 02Multi-page
$149/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $2,997 in one payment

A page for every service you sell, the way homeowners search.

Size 03Full footprint
$249/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $4,995 in one payment

The whole footprint of the business, plus priority support.

Both payment paths side by side, with the arithmetic printed where you can check it: see the pricing page →

Book a short call Not sure which size fits? That is what the call is for. We will tell you which one we would build for a cleaning company.
Before you pay · The preview

You are buying the site, not a promise.

We build it first. What you approve is what goes live.

You see the finished site before a dollar moves. We hand build it after one short call, and nothing starts until you have looked at it.

Approving it is what starts payment. Not a deposit, and not a signature on a mockup.

Tell us what is wrong and we take another pass. Or walk away and owe nothing at all.

It publishes on your own domain. Yours from day one, whichever way you pay for the site.

Straight answers

Questions about cleaners.

Do you build for cleaners?

Yes. We build for any local business that runs on jobs, and your site gets built around the work you actually do: the services you sell, the jobs you want more of, and the town you do them in. Your preview is hand built for your business, not a template with your name dropped into it. If something we wrote is wrong about how the work runs, you tell us and we fix it.

What does a website for a cleaning company cost?

Three sizes. One page is $1,497, multi-page is $2,997, the full footprint is $4,995, paid once. Or take the monthly path at $75, $149 or $249 a month for 30 months, and at the end of the 30 the site is yours. All three side by side, both payment paths, and the arithmetic printed where you can check it: see the pricing page.

How does the monthly path work?

You pick your size and make 30 monthly payments. All 30 payments, and the website is yours: hosting included, nothing further required. Every one of those months also includes the work that keeps the site running, which is hosting, security, released standard website updates, and support. The monthly, the term and the arithmetic behind it are printed on the pricing page.

What if I stop paying before the 30 months are up?

It is one commitment, and it runs both ways. You commit to the 30 payments; we commit to building it, hosting it, securing it and keeping it updated the whole way, and handing it over at the end. If you stop before then, the site comes down when the paid month ends and the payments already made are not refunded. A missed payment gets a 30 day grace period with everything still running. On the one payment path none of this applies: the site is yours the day it goes live.

Do I actually own it?

Yes, on either path: the day you pay in full, or the moment the thirtieth monthly payment settles. You own your domain, the content you give us, and your business data from day one regardless of path. One thing we would rather state than bury: it runs on our managed platform and is not portable to another host. You own the site and everything you brought to it, and it lives where we run it, hosting included.

Do I have to take a subscription?

No. The website is a purchase, not a subscription. Lead capture and owner alerts are part of the site itself and keep working whether or not you ever add anything to it. The optional AI Office Manager, which answers the leads your website produces and keeps them on the record, is a separate monthly service, and the website never depends on it.

Will it put me at the top of Google?

We are not going to promise you a ranking, a lead count, or a number of jobs, because none of those are ours to promise and anybody who does promise them is guessing. What we build is the thing all of that depends on: a site structured around the services you sell and the town you sell them in, published on your own domain, written to get a homeowner to ask.

Dead level

One call and you will know.

About thirty minutes about your town, your jobs, and what a cleaning company actually needs the site to do. You will know exactly what we would build and what it costs, and there is nothing to decide on the call.
