Websites · What you get

A website that works for a living.

We write it, build it, and put it live on the domain you own. It is built to bring you work instead of sitting there looking nice, and you see the finished thing before you pay anything.

Every size · What is built in

Built to bring you work.

Whichever size you pick, all of this is part of it.

  • Built for your trade. Your services, your town, the jobs you actually want. Not a template with your name dropped into it.
  • Published on your own domain. Yours from day one, on either payment path.
  • Lead capture and owner alerts, built in. A homeowner asks for a quote and it reaches you, with no subscription attached.
  • Hosting included. It runs on our platform, so there is no separate hosting bill to manage or forget.
  • We write every word of it. No content questionnaire, no homework, nothing left for you to finish.
  • Anything we break, we fix free. For as long as we host you.
Why it works for a living

Most websites are a brochure. This one is wired to bring you work: every page is built to get a homeowner to ask, and the asking goes straight to you instead of into a form nobody checks. That is part of the website on every size, and nothing has to be switched on or subscribed to for it to run.

Three sizes

Pick the size that fits the business.

The parts are the same in all three. The size decides how much of your business the site covers.

Size 01One page
$75/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $1,497 in one payment

Everything on one page, built to carry the whole business.

The foundation

  • Your services, your town, all on one page that does the work.
Size 02Multi-page
$149/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $2,997 in one payment

A page for every service you sell, the way homeowners search.

Everything in One page, plus

  • A page for every service. About 15 pages.
Size 03Full footprint
$249/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $4,995 in one payment

The full footprint of your business, plus priority support.

Everything in Multi-page, plus

  • The whole footprint, about 40 pages. Priority support with it.

Book a short call Not sure which size fits? That is what the call is for. We will tell you which one we would build.
Before you pay · The preview

You are buying the site, not a promise.

We build it first. What you approve is what goes live.

You see the finished site before a dollar moves. We hand build it after one short call, and nothing starts until you have looked at it.

Approving it is what starts payment. Not a deposit, and not a signature on a mockup.

Tell us what is wrong and we take another pass. Or walk away and owe nothing at all.

It publishes on your own domain. Yours from day one, whichever way you pay for the site.

From here to live

How it starts.

Four steps, and the only work on your side is a conversation and a yes.

  1. One short call about your trade, your town, and what is getting in the way.
  2. We hand build your site. You have paid nothing and committed to nothing.
  3. You approve it, pick the size that fits, and pick how you want to pay.
  4. It goes live on your own domain, with lead capture already running.

Every step in order, including what happens after it is live: see how it works →

Straight answers

Questions about the website.

What is the difference between the three sizes?

One page puts the whole business on a single page, built to carry it. Multi-page gives every service you sell its own page, a working target of about 15. Full footprint covers the whole footprint of your business, a working target of about 40 pages, plus priority support. On the larger two, the preview you approve is a representative build of the core pages and the rest follows your approval. We will tell you which one we would build on the call.

How does the monthly path work?

You pick your size and make 30 monthly payments. All 30 payments, and the website is yours: hosting included, nothing further required. Every one of those months also includes the work that keeps the site running, which is hosting, security, released standard website updates, and support. The monthly, the term, and the arithmetic behind it are printed on the pricing page.

Who owns the domain and the words on the site?

You own your domain, the content you give us, and your business data from day one, on either payment path. The site itself is yours the day it goes live if you paid once, or the moment the thirtieth payment settles on the monthly path. One thing we would rather state than bury: it runs on our managed platform and is not portable to another host. You own the site and everything you brought to it, and it lives where we run it.

How does building for my trade actually work?

We build it around the work you actually do: your services, the jobs you want more of, and the town you do them in. You are not handed a content questionnaire and left to write your own service pages. Where we have not built for your trade before, your preview is hand built from scratch. If something we wrote is wrong about how your business runs, you tell us and we fix it.

Why not just build it myself on Squarespace or Wix?

You can, and plenty of owners do. What those tools do not do is decide what your site should say, write your service pages, or finish it on the week you are booked solid, and that is usually where a self built site stops. We write every word of it and build the whole thing before you pay, so what you are looking at is a finished site instead of a project you owe yourself. It is also built to bring you work rather than to look nice: the lead capture and the owner alert are part of the site, not something you go and bolt on later.

What happens after it goes live?

It stays hosted and running on our platform with no separate hosting bill, and the lead capture keeps working with no subscription attached. On the monthly path, every term month includes released standard website updates and support. If you paid once, those updates are included for 30 days from your first live deployment, and after that the optional care plan keeps the monthly work going at $25, $49, or $82 a month by size, three month minimum then cancel any time. Outside those windows a qualifying batch is $149, scoped and approved in writing first. Anything we break, we fix free, for as long as we host you.

Can I start small and move up later?

Yes. If you paid once, moving up costs the difference between the two prices, so you are never charged twice for the size you already bought. On the monthly path it depends on where you are in the term, so we scope it with you at the time rather than printing a rule we would have to bend.

How fast can it be live?

It depends on the size of the site, and we are not going to hand you a date we cannot hold to win the sale. What we can tell you is that you pay nothing until the finished site is in front of you, so the cost of that answer sits with us and not with you.

Do I have to take a subscription?

No. The website is a purchase, not a subscription. Lead capture and owner alerts are part of the site itself and keep working whether or not you ever add one. The optional AI Office Manager, which answers the leads your website produces and keeps them on the record, is a separate monthly service and the website never depends on it.

Dead level

That is the website.

The only open question is which size fits your business. One short call answers it, and you will know what we would build and what it costs.
